Mark Croft seeks to support, educate, counsel, coach, and provide resource information for caregivers. In addition to helping caregivers he is a Florida Certified Long Term Care Ombudsman who investigates complaints and advocates for residents in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Family Care Homes. His training includes University of Maryland and St Stephens Chaplaincy Service, dementia and hospice training. Experiences include direct caregiving for his wife, Director of Chaplaincy Associates at Howard County Hospital in Columbia Maryland, facilitator of support groups, developing instructional series and lectures.
