If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease you would appreciate this monthly class. The class is made up of a Patient and Caregiver Support session followed by an educational program. Due to facility requirements, registration is required for each date. Please note there is a maximum enrollment for this support group. If you have registered for a date and realize you cannot attend, please contact MTP to be taken off the roster for that date.
